Cadet Academy Grade 1

The courses on this page have been designed for cadets who are 5 to 7 years old and they are listed and number-sequenced as below and are currently available online for immediate credit. Please note that these age groups are a guideline for students and parents/care-givers. However any student who feels competent enough, may choose to take courses above the age grouping they are part of.  It is strongly recommended that students (and parents, guardians, caregivers) read and study the SFMC Cadet Manual, which is available from the SFMC website.

 

 

AE-10: Cadet Aerospace Exam Grade 1: This course is designed as an exam that is hands on for Cadets who are 5-7 years old. The purpose of this exam is to get Cadets excited to
learn more about the Aerospace School in the SFMC.

CE-10: Cadet Combat Engineers Exam Grade 1:  This course is designed as an exam that is hands on for cadets who are 5-7 years old. The purpose of this exam is to get cadets
excited to learn more about the Combat Engineers School in the SFMC. To complete this exam you will need some form of building block toy such as; Legos, Lincoln Logs, blocks, ect.

CE-10A: Cadet Combat Engineers Exam Alternative Grade 1: This course is designed for cadets who are 5-7 years old. This course can be taken in place of the CE-6 hands on exam.
This is a more “traditional” exam, designed to be taken with help from mom and dad, for those cadets that cannot complete the hands on Grade 1 exam. The purpose of this exam is to get
cadets excited to learn more about the Combat Engineers School in the SFMC. You will need the latest edition of the Combat Engineers Manual to complete this exam.

SO-10 Cadet Special Operations Grade 1: This course is designed for Cadets who are 5-7 years of age in order to familiarize them with the basic concepts of the Special Operations
Branch within the SFMC.
